Qualifications

• Associate degree and 3+ years of planner/scheduler experience in manufacturing (aerospace/defense preferred).
• APICS training/seminars or related certification preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of experience with ERP/MRP or equivalent system.

Responsibilities

• Maintain production schedules and manage critical-path items.
• Escalate issues impacting delivery and release purchase requisitions and production orders.
• Review MRP parameters for accuracy and foster cross-functional communication across teams.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints to support production planning.
• Support manufacturing processes and adapt plans to changing priorities and deadlines.
