Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience working with multiple cross-functional groups such as Quality, Assembly, Procurement, Supply Chain, Machining.
• At least 3 years experience in a leadership/management role.
• Experience using Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Lead team in developing solutions to complex problems with ingenuity and creativity.
• Lead a team of represented employees in fabrication and assembly of complex aerostructures to meet production requirements.
• Oversee assembly, integration and testing of components and systems to ensure product quality and customer acceptance.
• Interface with engineering, management, suppliers and customers to meet requirements.
