Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC in Hawthorne, CA is seeking a Production Coordinator (Booster Structures) to manage parts flow and ensure timely delivery to next production location.

You will push/pull parts through receiving inspection, stock rooms, purchasing, and related work centers, while promoting workflow consistency and data integrity in our MRP/ERP systems. Experience in manufacturing environments and strong organizational skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience supporting departmental administrative processes.
• High school diploma or equivalency.
• Experience in aerospace, automotive, semiconductor, or electronic manufacturing.
• SQL and Tableau experience.
• Knowledge of MRP/ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, track, and move parts to ensure timely delivery to next production location.
• Move parts through receiving, stock rooms, purchasing, and production resources.
• Promote workflow consistency and reduce internal logistics lead times.
• Coordinate off-site processing to ensure on-time delivery.
• Maintain clean MRP/ERP data and resolve data issues affecting demand or schedules.
• Develop and maintain reports for internal and customer use.
