Confidential Recruiting Partners is seeking a Procurement Manager to lead strategic sourcing and supplier management for aerospace components and assemblies. You will oversee procurement operations to ensure supply continuity, drive cost-reduction initiatives, and partner with Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, and Finance.

This onsite role in Fort Worth requires 7+ years in aerospace procurement, AS9100 knowledge, and proficiency with ERP/MRP systems.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Strong analytical, project management, and problem‑solving skills.
• Working knowledge of AS9100 and aerospace regulatory requirements.
• Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems (SAP, Oracle, Infor, Epicor, or equivalent).
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and technical requirements.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Operations, or related field.
• 7+ years of procurement, sourcing, or supply chain experience in aerospace, aviation, defense, or advanced manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic procurement and sourcing aligned with production schedules.
• Conduct RFQs, bid evaluations, supplier assessments, and contract negotiations.
• Build and maintain long-term supplier relationships for continuity, quality, and competitive pricing.
• Develop sourcing strategies and manage procurement of machined components, electronics, materials, tooling, and outsourced manufacturing services.
• Lead supplier qualification, onboarding, and performance measurement.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, and Finance.
• Provide procurement updates and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
