Jobot is seeking a dynamic Supply Chain/Procurement Manager for its aerospace/defense operations. You will lead procurement of large BOMs, manage production planning, warehousing, and inventory control, and drive cost-reduction strategies while ensuring FAR and DFAR compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management or engineering.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in supply chain management in engineering environments.
• Experience managing direct reports in supply chain and operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end supply chain including planning, warehousing, inventory control, shipping and receiving.
• Develop and implement cost-reduction strategies to maximize profitability without sacrificing quality or delivery timelines.
• Ensure compliance with FAR and DFAR in all supply chain activities.
• Forecast demand to prevent shortages or excess inventory and align resources.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline operations and improve processes.
• Establish and monitor KPIs, taking corrective actions as needed.
• Develop supplier relationships and negotiate favorable contracts.
• Train and mentor supply chain staff to foster continuous improvement.
