Job summary

Sensata Technologies in Thousand Oaks, CA seeks a Process Engineering Technician to support engineers in developing and launching next-generation aerospace and defense products. You will work with Process Development, Design, Quality, Test, and Manufacturing teams on prototype builds, process development, qualification, and production readiness.

Responsibilities

• Support NPD prototype builds, process development, and validation activities for aerospace and defense sensors and controls products.
• Assist Process Development Engineers with APQP deliverables, manufacturing process development, testing, and product industrialization.
• Build and test prototype hardware, collect and analyze process data, and maintain engineering documentation.
• Support qualification activity, FAI activities, production readiness reviews, and manufacturing launches.
• Collaborate across engineering, quality, operations, and program teams to successfully transition new products into production.
