Job summary

The role requires 10+ years in chemical/process engineering, strong Six Sigma experience, and leadership skills to manage global teams and drive improvements across regions and product lines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a chemical engineering field; advanced degrees preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership in process engineering and project management.
• Experience in coatings, sealants and adhesives manufacturing.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in a matrix organization.

Responsibilities

• Scale-up and process development for new aerospace coatings, sealants, and adhesives.
• Support and optimize new product introduction into plants.
• Bridge NPD teams with manufacturing; collaborate across regions.
• Evaluate and introduce process engineering technologies into plants.
• Lead Six Sigma problem-solving projects for aerospace products.
