Job summary

Delva Tool & Machine is seeking Process Engineers across multiple experience levels to develop and continuously improve manufacturing processes for aerospace components. You will work with machinists, programmers, quality professionals, and production leaders to ensure product quality and on-time delivery.

Ideal candidates have experience in manufacturing engineering, CNC environments, and AS9100 or similar regulated settings, with a strong ability to document processes and lead cross-functional

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in engineering.
• Strong mechanical aptitude.
• Desire to learn manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop manufacturing process plans and work instructions.
• Create quality control plans and inspection documentation.
• Define tooling, fixturing, and manufacturing workflows.
• Support new product introductions and first article inspections.
• Troubleshoot manufacturing issues and identify root causes.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce cost and improve efficiency.
