Qualifications

• Currently enrolled at a college or university.
• Summer 2027 internship for 10–12 weeks.
• Graduation date on or after August 2027.
• Preferred majors include business, supply chain, data analytics, ops, IT, or related fields.
• GPA 3.0+ preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support a production team integrated with Boeing Production System.
• Work in a small team of 5–10 under a team lead.
• Complete a statement of work with milestone check-ins.
• Identify ways to reduce risks and improve safety, quality, cost, and flow.
• Reduce safety and ergonomic issues.
• Improve quality defect trends.
• Analyze performance against daily schedules or orders.
• Reduce non-value-added work.
• Create and maintain operating plans, scenario plans, and disruption recovery plans.
• Work onsite between office and production environments.
• Adhere to PPE requirements.
• Collaborate with support functions and participate in intern networking and development.
