Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate press brake machines to form sheet metal components.
• Review production schedules and prioritize work to meet deadlines.
• Read and interpret blueprints and work instructions.
• Select proper tooling and perform machine changes.
• Verify dimensions using calipers and micrometers.
• Perform first-piece, in-process, and final inspections for quality.
• Prepare parts for next production stage.
• Communicate issues and assist with troubleshooting as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area per 5S.
• Follow quality, safety, and company procedures.
