Component Repair Technologies, Inc. in Mentor, OH is seeking an Entry Level Power Wash Technician for the Chemical Process Line to clean and prepare aerospace components using high pressure wash systems.

This role ensures parts meet cleanliness standards prior to inspection and assembly, with emphasis on safety and accuracy. Through our in‑house training program, the successful applicant will be instructed via computer-based and hands‑on training to gain the necessary skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in a manufacturing environment or similar.
• Knowledge of machines, equipment, and workplace safety.
• Ability to follow directions and read work instructions.
• Ability to effectively communicate with team members within a structured training program.

Responsibilities

• Follow established safety protocols and guidelines to ensure policy compliance.
• Operate power wash equipment to clean aerospace components.
• Follow detailed work instructions and safety protocols for each component.
• Inspect parts before and after washing to ensure quality standards.
• Maintain equipment and work area cleanliness.
• Communicate issues to the supervisor promptly.
• Routinely use overhead cranes during the process.
• Communicate all work-related problems with supervisors promptly.
