Responsibilities

• Partner across Sales, Engineering, Operations, Marketing, and Finance to deliver results.
• Build executive relationships while identifying emerging technologies, market trends, and growth opportunities.
• Lead, develop, and mentor product management talent and drive cross‑functional accountability.

Hexcel is currently seeking a Director – Product Management, Aerospace Honeycomb Core for our Casa Grande, AZ location. The Director is a strategic business leader responsible for defining and executing product portfolio strategy to drive growth, profitability, and customer value.

The selected individual will be responsible for but not limited to the following obligations:
