Qualifications

• Experience in production planning or scheduling within a manufacturing or metal finishing environment.
• Strong understanding of shop-floor operations, work orders, and production flow.
• Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced production environment.

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule daily and weekly production activities to meet delivery, quality, and throughput requirements.
• Create, release, and track work orders while coordinating labor, equipment, and materials.
• Monitor production status, adjusting schedules as needed for demand or capacity changes.
• Communicate priorities and schedule updates to teams.
• Track key production metrics and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain planning data, reports, and documentation in ERP systems.
