Job summary

PDS Tech Commercial in Kinston, NC is seeking an experienced Aircraft Painter to apply coatings and finishes to aircraft components. You will perform media blasting, masking, stenciling, and part marking while maintaining paint booths and equipment per safety standards.

The role requires reading technical instructions and blueprints, following procedures, and supporting the team to ensure quality and on-time production.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or WorkKeys completed.
• Minimum 3 years of aircraft painting experience.
• Ability to read and follow technical instructions, blueprints, and specs.
• Familiar with safety and quality standards in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Apply coatings and paint finishes to aircraft components.
• Perform media blasting, masking, stenciling, and part marking.
• Read blueprints and process instructions, work orders and specs.
• Maintain paint booths and paint equipment per safety standards.
• Train and assist team members as needed.
