Precision Castparts Corp. (PCC) seeks a Level 4 Coatings Operator in Kent, Washington. The ideal candidate will have experience in applying aerospace primers and topcoats on various substrates using HVLP and ID equipment.

The role requires attention to detail, great hand/eye coordination, and the ability to work independently or in a team. Eligible candidates should have a strong background in coating processes and should ensure compliance with all safety regulations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in spray application of aerospace primers and topcoats.
• Familiarity with various painting techniques and equipment.
• Ability to read and write in English.

Responsibilities

• Review and assimilate work instructions for paint applications.
• Setup and operate HVLP equipment for coating.
• Maintain workplace safety practices.
• Communicate best practices to team members.
