Job summary

Howmet Aerospace is seeking a Paint and Coating Operator for the Tucson, AZ facility to operate Vector and Dye Point machinery on the 2nd shift (2:30 PM–11:00 PM). The role requires lifting up to 30 pounds, strong communication, and a solid understanding of production metrics.

Applicants should have a High School Diploma or GED and be legally eligible to work in the United States. ITAR considerations apply. Prior manufacturing experience and blueprint-reading abilities are valuable assets.

Qualifications

• Interpersonal and communication skills necessary.

• Experience with precision measuring tools is a plus.
• Ability to read blueprints and follow customer/production specs.

Responsibilities

• Operate Vector and Dye Point machines to meet customer requirements.
• Inspect components to the proper customer and production specifications.
• Prepare daily production reports and forms.
• Assist other operators with processing activities and parts movement.
• Adhere to EH&S, Quality, and company policies.
