Field International seeks a hands-on Packaging & Foam Fabrication Technician to support aerospace manufacturing in Pensacola, FL. You will fabricate custom packaging and foam solutions, read engineering drawings, and use hand and power tools to ensure precise, high-quality parts.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, teamwork, and safety, with growth opportunities in an expanding U.S. operation. A high school diploma is required; technical training is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in packaging, foam fabrication, woodworking or related industrial environment.
• Ability to read engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications.
• Aerospace, defense, foam-cutting, CNC, or AS9100 experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate custom packaging and foam solutions to protect aerospace components during shipment and storage.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications to ensure accurate fabrication.
• Operate hand and power tools and fabrication equipment safely and efficiently.
• Maintain attention to detail, quality, and problem-solving in production tasks.
