Job summary

You will drive Lean initiatives, manage budgets and KPI reporting, and develop growth strategies while collaborating with clients and partners to deliver safe, high-quality aerospace interior

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field (engineering or operations management) is required.
• Minimum 8 years of aerospace/manufacturing management experience.
• Proven ability to implement Lean Management Systems.
• Experience in a high mix, low volume environment.
• Six Sigma Green/Black Belt certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to ensure the Santa Maria site has proper operational controls and reporting procedures.
• Lead planning, budgeting, KPI reporting, and growth strategies for the site.
• Represent the company with clients and business partners, ensuring high standards of safety and quality.
• Drive Continuous Improvement and Lean activities to improve efficiency of systems and processes.
