The role oversees daily operations, coordinates schedules, and maintains quality standards in aerospace turbine engine component repair. Strong leadership, communication, and safety focus are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year supervisory or similar experience.
• Technical competencies in NDT procedures; inspection experience preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret shop drawings and written instructions.
• Strong communication, team motivation, and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to pass NAS410-related vision and color tests as required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee supervisory duties including safety compliance and workflow monitoring.
• Ensure NDT inspections follow OEM procedures and NAS410 standards.
• Coordinate processing and inspection results; document and record outcomes.
• Lead department meetings and coach team members for continuous improvement.
• Manage shift schedules, overtime, and labor factors; monitor KPIs.
