Job summary

Qualifications

• Active U.S. security clearance is required and DoD clearance must be maintainable.
• US citizenship is required for eligibility and program access.
• 3–5 years in NC programming, quality control, or related aerospace manufacturing.
• Knowledge of GD&T per ASME Y14.5 and measurement via CMM/laser trackers.
• Ability to read drawings and interpret 3D models; cross-functional teamwork.
• Familiarity with aerospace manufacturing quality principles and processes.

Responsibilities

• Validate NC programs to meet customer and regulatory specs.
• Analyze blueprints and engineering models to support NC programming.
• Collaborate with NC programmers to optimize or modify programs.
• Coordinate with suppliers and engineering to validate fabrication plans.
• Develop tooling, interchangeability, and test plans; define process sequences.
• Provide inspection media and support CMM/laser tracker measurements.
• Support producibility and change management across manufacturing build plan.
