Naval Systems, Inc. (NSI) in Jacksonville, FL seeks a Mechanical Engineer to support the Fleet Readiness Center Southeast, Metrology Division, providing full-spectrum engineering support for test benches, CSE, and PSE.

You will apply design, test, and troubleshooting skills to equipment in production, collaborate on repair plans, and work toward DoD program goals; a Secret clearance or eligibility is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering required.
• 10 years of experience with preference for 5 years DoD experience.
• Secret security clearance required or eligible for clearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide full-spectrum mechanical engineering support for design, development, testing, and maintenance of test equipment and related systems.
• Collaborate and plan with repair teams to support fleet readiness and equipment repair efforts.
• Support the Metrology division's test benches, Test Program Sets, CSE and PSE to deliver end products to the U.S. Naval Aviation Fleet.
