The role involves high-accuracy dimensional inspection using laser trackers, interpreting models and blueprints, and reporting results to Quality, Engineering, and Manufacturing to ensure AS9100 compliance. Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 3 years tooling experience.
• Minimum of 3 years QA experience.
• Experience with GD&T and metrology tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Read and understand general job requirements from QA folder.
• Execute required Build support or QA function as dictated by the job lineup.
• Populate the TIR or equivalent customer document.
• Initiate tool tag as a result of inspection.
• Assist Lead Inspectors with customer buy-off efforts.
• Maintain Laser Tracker equipment used for job duties.
• Follow document and data control procedures for inspection records.
• Adhere to all QMS procedures and work instructions.
• Follow OSHA safety guidelines and ITAR compliance.
• Other duties as assigned.
