Job summary

Chromalloy is seeking a Metal Worker to support repair and manufacturing of aerospace components. You will perform material removal, finishing, part modification, and production processing with various tools and measuring instruments to ensure parts meet quality standards.

In this hands-on role, you will read and follow work instructions, manage production materials, and inspect parts for conformance. The position includes second shift hours (3:00 PM – 11:30 PM) with a shift differential and a

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED preferred.
Ability to read, write and communicate in English.
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
Ability to use handheld measuring tools and inspection equipment.

Responsibilities

Blend, finish, and modify metal components using hand tools and production equipment.
Remove or apply material to achieve required specifications and surface finishes.
Set up and operate production tools, fixtures, and equipment.
Mix and prepare production materials as required.
Follow work instructions and quality requirements.
Perform inspections using handheld measuring tools.
Support Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace.
