Air National Guard Units in Florida seeks an Interdisciplinary Physician Assistant or Nursing Practitioner (TITLE 5) to perform comprehensive medical and physical assessments, annual preventive health, and deployment health evaluations for ANG personnel.

You will interpret complex medical standards, review medical records, and coordinate with inter-disciplinary teams to determine aeromedical dispositions, fitness for duty, and medical continuation decisions.

Formación

• Must graduate from a physician assistant educational program and/or a Nursing (Practitioner) program, accredited by a recognized accrediting body.
• Evidence of Education via transcripts or other documentation required.

Responsabilidades

• Perform comprehensive medical and physical assessments for ANG personnel.
• Conduct annual preventive health, deployment health evaluations, and related physical exams.
• Review medical records, interpret standards, and provide recommendations for aeromedical and operational dispositions.
• Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to determine readiness and medical continuation determinations.
