Job summary

Bestica is seeking a highly qualified expert to provide operational research consulting for USAFSAM. The role focuses on data analytics, study design, and analysis of health surveillance data to support readiness and risk reduction across military populations.

The candidate will develop, review, and deliver technical reports and presentations, while collaborating with cross-functional teams and adhering to IRB/IACUC guidelines. Strong communication and independent work ability are essential.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Operations Research or related field with extensive coursework in mathematics and statistics.
• 5+ years of experience in operations research or a closely related field.
• Strong knowledge of data analytics methods and scientific inquiry.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational research analytic expertise for the Operational Consultation Support team.
• Analyze management problems and assess effects of alternative solutions.
• Lead data analysis of health surveillance data and military records to support risk reduction.
