Job summary

Bestica Inc. is seeking an Operations OpResearch Analyst to support USAFSAM at Wright Patterson AFB in Dayton, OH. The role emphasizes agile analysis of health surveillance data, data management, and consultative support to aerospace medicine teams.

You will apply rigorous operations research methods, develop reports and analyses, and collaborate across government and civilian partners. A Master’s in OR with 5+ years’ experience is required, with proficiency in Envision, Tableau, Python, R, SAS

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Operations Research or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in the field.
• Expert knowledge in operations research and rigorous methods of scientific inquiry.
• Excellent communication skills, teamwork, and initiative.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational research analytic expertise for the Operational Consultation Support team.
• Analyze management problems and advise on feasible alternative solutions.
• Lead data analysis of health surveillance and related military records.
• Draft technical reports, manuscripts, presentations, and other deliverables.
• Attend/participate in meetings with government, academia, and SME partners.
