Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Mechanical/Aerospace/Manufacturing engineering.
• Experience with aerospace hardware and high-reliability systems.
• Familiarity with environmental testing standards and aerospace QC requirements.
• Experience developing test fixtures and automation tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead integration and verification of spacecraft deployment and actuation mechanisms.
• Execute hardware builds and support manufacturing, test, and flight operations.
• Develop integration procedures, test plans, and engineering documentation.
• Perform mechanical analyses and evaluate interfaces, clearances, and system performance.
• Conduct environmental and functional testing to qualify flight hardware.
• Analyze test results, resolve anomalies, and drive corrective actions.
• Collaborate across multidisciplinary engineering teams throughout the hardware lifecycle.
