• 7+ years in supplier development, manufacturing/quality engineering in aerospace.
• Experience with supplier audits, capability assessments, and production-readiness reviews.

Responsibilities

• Lead supplier development for airframe structures and propulsion hardware.
• Assess supplier capabilities, capacity, quality systems, and readiness.
• Perform capability assessments, audits, and production readiness reviews.
• Collaborate with engineering and sourcing to select qualified suppliers.
• Drive manufacturability, cost reduction, and ramp-up plans.
