Job summary

Ultra PCS, located in Manhattan, KS, is seeking a Mechanical Repair and Test Technician to join our manufacturing operation. The role focuses on acceptance testing, assembly of repair products, and meticulous documentation control within a team environment.

Qualified candidates will have a high school diploma or equivalent, strong commitment to quality, and the ability to work cooperatively with others. Prior experience in mechanical assembly and troubleshooting is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work cooperatively with a team and accept feedback from quality inspectors and management.
• Preferred: previous experience in mechanical assembly and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Acceptance testing of assemblies using test fixtures, generators, vibration tables, and thermal chambers.
• Assembly of repair products.
• Upkeep and control of documentation for repair products.
• Organization and maintenance of issued workbench and equipment.
• Additional repair related tasks as required.
