Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience leading mechanical systems from concept through production.
• Ownership of complex mechanical designs and NPI programs.
• Direct customer-facing experience supporting aerospace products or systems.

Responsibilities

• Daily use of project management and cost accounting tools.
• Provide technical leadership for development projects (commercial and military).
• Mentorship and development of training materials for junior engineers.
• Cross-departmental collaboration to streamline efficiency on development projects.
• Evaluate existing designs for cost, quality, and producibility improvements.
• Workload planning and milestone adherence.
