Job summary

Qualifications

• 1+ year of assembly experience is typical.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, procedures and work instructions.
• Clear and professional English communication required.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and rework products and sub-assemblies using drawings and work orders.
• Operate hand tools and production equipment.
• Work with adhesives, laminates, fiberglass/resins, potting compounds and other materials.
• Follow aerospace specifications while maintaining high-quality workmanship.
• Troubleshoot assembly issues and resolve production concerns.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues.
• Support multiple production area processes as assigned.
