Qualifications

• Demonstrated advanced expertise with database, MRP, inventory, and order processing systems.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specs.
• Proven procurement experience for raw materials in complex interiors projects.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams in planning and scheduling.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills with continuous improvement focus.

Responsibilities

• Liaises between Engineering and Supply Chain for BOM validation and material planning.
• Maintains and updates BOMs in the MRP system from drawings.
• Leads planning to support production and schedule optimization.
• Mentors and trains staff; supports process improvements.
• Tracks drawing inaccuracies and provides feedback to reduce root causes.
• Schedules material deliveries aligned with aircraft installation programs.
