Job summary

The Structures Company seeks a Materials Analyst in Clearwater, FL for a 6-month contract with potential for extension. You will analyze material inventory positions, identify shortages, and assess supply risks to keep production moving.

You will coordinate daily with Procurement, Operations, Engineering, and Quality, maintain reports and dashboards in SAP, MRP/ERP, Excel, Power BI, and Access, and support shop performance with timely actions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in planning.
• Experience with MRP or ERP systems (SAP).
• Experience in manufacturing planning.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel, Access and Power BI.
• Must be a U.S. Person under ITAR regulations.
• Preferred: 2-year degree and experience in materials management or planning.

Responsibilities

• Analyzes material inventory position, shortages, and supply risks.
• Investigates and resolves material-related issues caused by supply disruptions.
• Monitors shortage reports, open demand, and past due materials.
• Coordinates daily with Procurement, Operations, Engineering, and Quality to resolve shortages.
• Develops and maintains reports, trackers, and analysis to improve material visibility.
• Supports material intercompany purchasing, planning, and inventory control.
