Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Materials Engineering or related STEM field.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen and able to obtain Secret clearance.
• Strong written and oral communication for briefs and test plans.
• Experience reading drawings and 3D models; leading projects.

Responsibilities

• Perform design parts management to identify risks in design and manufacturing.
• Develop manufacturing control and cost-saving analysis strategies for aerospace components.
• Create roadmaps, impact reports, and present data to stakeholders.
• Research specifications and standards across supplier sub-systems.
• Coordinate with multiple teams to ensure traceability to system performance.
