This role involves preparing orders, packing shipments, and supporting production in a fast-paced environment. As a warehouse associate, you will build skids, operate packing tools, and perform quality inspections to maintain 100% accuracy.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read and comprehend simple instructions, memos, and short correspondence.
• Basic arithmetic for handling measurements, quantities, and packing calculations.
• Ability to follow written and oral instructions with minimal supervision.
• Physical capability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Forklift certification is preferred to operate warehouse equipment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare customer orders for shipping and assist with production tasks.
• Build skids/boxes for packing and shipping of orders.
• Operate hand tools and packing equipment as required by the job.
• Perform quality checks on orders to ensure accuracy and condition.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in accordance with policies.
• Assist in inventory control and unloading/loading tasks as needed.
