Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires HS diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.) with at least 1 year of relevant experience.
• Must communicate in English (verbal and written).
• U.S. citizenship required for access to program/contract.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate inventory workflows by processing internal orders and maintaining accurate documentation across systems.
• Monitor and verify inventory transactions, including production assemblies, cycle counts, and material availability; resolve discrepancies.
• Support SAP accuracy by minimizing errors and ensuring proper material issuance and BOM-aligned deliveries.
• Maintain organized files, backups, audit trails, and documentation for compliance.
• Assist in training new employees on Inventory Control responsibilities and support investigations.
