Job summary

Collins Aerospace, an RTX company, is seeking a Material Handler in Santa Isabel, PR to manage inventory workflows, documentation, and SAP-related tasks on site. The role emphasizes accuracy, compliance, and teamwork with production and planning groups.

You will train new staff, support audits, and ensure timely kit delivery to production areas, while upholding EH&S standards and safety policies in a dynamic aerospace environment.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED or related technical education with some experience.
• Strong English communication (verbal and written).
• U.S. citizenship is required to access this program/contract.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate inventory workflows by processing internal orders and maintaining documentation.
• Monitor and verify inventory transactions and resolve discrepancies.
• Support SAP accuracy by minimizing errors and ensuring proper material issuance.
• Maintain organized files, backups, and audit trails for compliance and traceability.
• Assist in training new employees on inventory control responsibilities.
