Job summary

Crane Aerospace & Electronics has an exciting opportunity for a Material Handler (Contract-to-Hire) at our Lynnwood, WA location. The role supports receiving, moving, storing, counting, tracking, issuing and shipping production parts to ensure on-time delivery.

1st shift hours are 7am-3:30pm. The position requires accuracy, basic math, and the ability to follow detailed work instructions in a lean manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• 0-1 year of electronics manufacturing experience.
• Warehousing and materials packing knowledge.
• Lean principles familiarity.
• ITAR and US Persons access eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory control by following established work instructions and processes.
• Move materials to and from receiving, production areas and shipping by hand, using bins and carts.
• Unpack, receive, and stock materials into storeroom locations.
• Read work orders to determine material and equipment needs for production cell work.
• Issue critical materials to production cells.
• Complete cycle count process for Value Stream; escalate variances.
• Respond to unplanned issues with internal customers promptly.
• Pack and ship materials per contract requirements.
• Aid and backfill coworkers to complete daily tasks.
