Job summary

RTX is seeking an on-site material handler in North Berwick, ME. The role entails operating forklifts and other material handling equipment, moving materials through shop cells, and preparing required documents with SAP, AZURE, and PTIMS.

A high school diploma or GED is required, and OSHA/EHS procedures must be followed. The position operates on a Monday–Friday 7:00am–3:30pm schedule, with opportunities to train and advance within a state-of-the-art aerospace environment.

Qualifications

• Must have a High School Diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Operate a variety of equipment, including aisle rangers, fork trucks, wrappers, hoist and strapping machines.
• Flow material within the cells and in the shop, prepare and process required documents and comply with all company procedures.
• Safely operate a powered industrial vehicle.
• Investigate and resolve customer complaints.
• Perform training when required.
• Work from schedule to flow material within the cells and in the shop.
• Prepare and process required documents and computer software (e.g., SAP, AZURE, PTIMS); receive, store and disperse all types of material per work instructions and procedures.
• Comply with Environmental Health & Safety procedures.
• The role requires lifting, data entry and a PIV license to operate equipment.
• This is a 1st Shift: Monday-Friday, 7:00am-3:30pm.
