AtWork Group in California is seeking a detail-oriented Masking Technician to prepare aerospace parts for painting, coating, and finishing. You will apply masking materials to protect areas of parts, following blueprints and work instructions, and inspect parts for proper masking.

This role requires good hand-eye coordination, the ability to stand for extended periods, and a commitment to safety and quality in a fast-paced manufacturing environment in Rancho Cucamonga.

Qualifications

• Previous masking or manufacturing experience preferred.
• Aerospace or paint prep experience is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and hand-eye coordination.
• Ability to read and follow written instructions.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift materials as needed.
• Dependable, organized, and committed to producing quality work.

Responsabilités

• Apply masking tape, plugs, caps, and other materials to aerospace components.
• Cover designated areas to protect them during painting, coating, or finishing processes.
• Follow blueprints, work instructions, and production specifications.
• Inspect parts to ensure masking is applied correctly.
• Remove masking materials after processing and check parts for quality.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all safety procedures and quality standards.
