Job summary

Apm-Manufacturing is seeking an Online Graphics Masker (Level 1 Painter) to prepare and mask aerospace components prior to finishing or coating. You will protect specific areas during painting, plating, anodizing, or treatments, collaborating with production, finishing and quality teams to meet AS9100 standards.

The role requires reading engineering drawings, precise masking, and maintaining clean, organized work areas.

Qualifications

• Read and follow work instructions and basic engineering drawings.
• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Apply masking materials to aerospace components according to drawings and work instructions.
• Prepare parts for finishing by cleaning, masking, and organizing components.
• Review work orders and documentation to determine masking locations and specs.
• Remove masking materials after finishing processes when required.
• Inspect masked parts to ensure proper coverage and protection.
