Job summary

Howmet Aerospace, a global leader in advanced engineered solutions, is seeking an Aerospace Manufacturing Technician in Michigan. You will set up and operate production equipment, inspect work to quality standards, and maintain a clean, safe station while collaborating with teammates to hit daily targets.

Training is provided for new entrants. We offer paid training, shift differentials, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 2+ years of work experience; prior manufacturing experience not required—we will train you.
• Ability to work any shift (including weekends) and overtime as needed.
• Reliable, safety-focused, and eager to learn.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate production equipment to perform hands-on operations to exacting customer requirements.
• Inspect your work against quality standards and document results.
• Keep your station clean, safe, and well organized throughout the shift.
• Collaborate with teammates to achieve daily production targets and hand off smoothly to the next shift.
• Follow safety guidelines and standardized work instructions.
