Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years in an Operations Manager role in Aerospace or similar industry.
• Experience with hardening, tempering, and other heat treating.
• Knowledge of stamping processes including blanking and forming.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for daily production management and leadership.
• Drive efficiencies and achieve production goals.
• Manage Key Performance Indicators and reporting.
