Job summary

The Boeing Company is seeking motivated students for its 2027 Manufacturing Engineering intern program in Tulsa, OK. This 100% onsite internship offers hands-on work with aerospace structures, mentoring, and exposure to manufacturing, engineering, and operations leadership.

Preferred candidates are engineering students with a GPA of 3.0 or higher, ABET accreditation, and a willingness to relocate and join Boeing’s teams for Summer 2027. First-shift opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in ABET‑accredited engineering program.
• Able to work full-time during Summer 2027.
• Willing to relocate and work onsite in Tulsa, OK.

Responsibilities

• Manufacturing Engineering interns support Tulsa operations by developing and improving the methods and processes used to build aerospace structures.
• Interns may work with build plans, work instructions, tooling, equipment, process capability, and production support while partnering with mechanics, quality, design engineering, and operations.
• Potential internship assignments may include: develop and improve manufacturing methods, sequences, and work instructions; support root-cause analysis and resolution of production issues; evaluate tooling, equipment, producibility, and process capability; implement improvements that enhance safety, quality, cost, delivery, and flow.

Education

ABET‑accredited engineering program (4-year or graduate)

Majoring in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Materials Engineering, Systems Engineering, Engineering Technology, or related fields
