RBC AeroComponents, a division of RBC Bearings, Ball Ground, GA, is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer Trainee to learn and contribute to precision manufacturing in aerospace. This entry-level role focuses on developing processes, supporting quality initiatives, and gaining hands-on shop floor experience.

You will work with engineering, quality, and production teams on cost reductions and efficiency improvements, with growth opportunities as you gain skills in aerospace manufacturing.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication are essential.
• Attention to detail and accuracy are critical in this role.
• Experience/working knowledge of manufacturing processes is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and support the manufacturing process from estimating to final product.
• Collaborate with multiple department heads on process improvements across departments.
• Attend customer calls and work with applications and sales engineers as needed.
• Assist in creating and implementing cost and quality improvements and designs for product flow.
