Sonic Aerospace in Chandler, AZ is seeking an experienced Aerospace Manufacturing Engineer / Senior CNC Programmer to join a precision team. Sonic Aerospace is looking for an experienced Aerospace Manufacturing Engineer / Senior CNC Programmer to join our expanding precision manufacturing team in Chandler, Arizona.
We seek a manufacturing engineer with extensive aerospace machining expertise who can oversee complex multi-axis processes, enhance production efficiency, support manufacturing operations, and program challenging aerospace parts from prototype to full production.
Sonic Aerospace excels in precision machining for the aerospace, defense, and space sectors. We machine complex castings, forgings, and hog-outs with advanced multi-axis machinery, working extensively with materials like aluminum, titanium, inconel, stainless steel, hastelloy, MAR-M-247, and other challenging materials.
Our facility is AS9100D certified, ITAR registered, CMMC 2.0 Level 2, and equipped with advanced inspection and multi-axis machining capabilities.
