Job summary

Eden Capital Careers is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer for an onsite, Saint Augustine, Florida role on a 6+ month contract. The position requires the ability to interpret production specifications and drawings, and to collaborate with Design, Production, Tooling, Industrial Engineering and Quality to define optimal build processes.

Candidates should have a Bachelor’s in Engineering (or STEM Master/PhD) and 4+ years in an engineering manufacturing environment, plus experience with NX/CATIA CAD

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field with 4+ years in manufacturing engineering or a Master's in STEM with 3+ years; PhD with 0+ years OK.
• Experience reading and interpreting production drawings, diagrams and BOMs.
• Proficiency with CAD tools (NX/CATIA) and SAP/MES is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review aircraft design requirements for manufacturability and translate into manufacturing work instructions.
• Define build processes with design, production, tooling, industrial engineering and quality.
• Develop and maintain Manufacturing Engineering docs, work instructions, visual aids and BOMs.
