Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience leading a manufacturing/aerospace team.
• 5+ years as a contributor in manufacturing/aerospace environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and optimize manufacturing operations for efficiency and quality.
• Develop and execute production plans to meet delivery schedules.
• Mentor teams, foster teamwork and open communication.
• Collaborate with engineering, quality, and supply chain to solve manufacturing challenges.
• Drive continuous improvement to enhance processes and metrics.
• Monitor production performance and report to senior management.
• Ensure safety and regulatory compliance, manage budgets and resources.
• Support new product introductions and scale up production.
