Consolidated Precision Products (CPP) in Rancho Cucamonga, CA is seeking a Maintenance Mechanic for 2nd shift (1:30pm - 10:00pm). The role involves mechanical maintenance of aerospace manufacturing equipment, troubleshooting, and supporting operators to improve quality and efficiency. Overtime opportunities and a comprehensive benefits package are offered.

Hourly Rate: $26 - $29 DOE + $1 Shift Differential. ITAR requires U.S. work authorization.

Formación

• 3 years of maintenance experience in an industrial manufacturing environment.
• HS diploma or GED required, but relevant experience considered.
• Experience with PLCs and VFDs preferred.
• Excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of electrical testing equipment and use of standard mechanical hand tools.
• Strong communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Perform mechanical maintenance on manufacturing process equipment throughout the plant.
• Troubleshoot production equipment across the plant.
• Assist operators with machine changes to improve quality and efficiency during changeovers.
• Monitor production lines and address abnormal machine conditions.
• Work with equipment operators to ensure safety items on machines are maintained.
• Perform major preventive maintenance on production lines per work orders.
• Communicate status of lines to production personnel.
• Maintain records in logbooks/CMMS of repairs and parts used.
• Order parts or spares and follow up as needed.
• Adhere to safety and quality policies and procedures.
