Job summary

Consolidated Precision Products (CPP) in Rancho Cucamonga is seeking a Maintenance Mechanic for 2nd shift (1:30pm - 10:00pm) to support our aerospace manufactory. The role reports to the Maintenance Supervisor and requires hands-on maintenance across process equipment with strong troubleshooting skills.

Qualifications

• 3 years of previous experience in a technical maintenance role in an industrial manufacturing environment required.
• HS diploma or GED required, but exceptions possible with relevant experience.
• Experience with PLCs and VFDs strongly preferred.
• Excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of electrical testing equipment; skilled with standard mechanical hand tools.
• Strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform mechanical maintenance and minor electrical repairs on all manufacturing equipment.
• Troubleshoot production equipment and assist operators during changes/overhauls.
• Maintain logbooks/CMMS records of repairs and parts used.
• Order parts and coordinate with maintenance team to ensure uptime.
• Work overtime and weekends as needed.
